No! You do not need to have a formal LLC (a company registered with your state/ country) in order to start Bootcamp. 85% of students who start Bootcamp do NOT yet have an LLC. We recommend you formally register your company as an LLC after you secure your first customer. You can also do it after your first customer agrees to sign up, but BEFORE that customer actually pays you. We recommend you use a service called Stripe Atlas to register your company, once you are ready & have confirmed paying customers --> https://stripe.com/atlas
